Basic education New employees are provided with camp training and OJT, through which they can build special bond with others who joined the company in the same year. In this course, employees can better understand their company and acquire knowledge on automobile parts. Moreover, they adapt to organizational life and fully aware of its objectives, thereby establishing right view of career and cultivating basic quality and socializing ability as Yujin SMRC people.

Leadership training New employees and employees who win a promotion will receive this education online. Through this training, employees can cultivate leadership contributing to organizational performance and learn outcome-based working method through enhancement of their capability. In addition, increasing self-leadership capability develops required abilities and aptitude for their job position.

Language education This program provides intensive language course in which employees learn not only language and culture of other countries but leadership in overseas country. Language training course, available both online and offline, improves employee’s language skills and help them to work on the international stage.

Job training An external training institute provides knowledge and skills required to perform jobs. All the employees at Yujin SMRC are able to set up improvement plans to be an expert in their job through systematic diagnosis of their capability.
